So long, and thanks for all the fish
Hey, STE. Some of you guys already knew this was coming, but it still makes me really sad to do it.
It's been an amazing fourteen or so months, and I'm really grateful to have had the opportunity to play here. Unfortunately, I feel like I've reached the end of the line with this character and this setting. Maybe someday in the future after a break I will have ideas to breathe new life into him, or will return with a brand new character entirely, but for now, I bid you all a fond farewell.
Kotetsu will be losing his echoes, but he's made some preparations for this eventuality. He made himself a video of his current knowledge of the network and the things he got out of his echoes, and it's disguised as a home movie in his dvd rack. He's prewritten a couple of letters to Nick, Yuji, and Ravi that say he's no longer Numbered and instructing them on where to find the video and to make him watch it with them.
So he'll still be an ally of the Numbered, even if he's no longer able to access the network.
The time I've spent here has been absolutely incredible, and I will cherish all the great threads I had here for a long time to come. Thank you for playing with me.
