Anthony'd be in favor of rescuing - much as he's been discouraged from using them in the past, given the benefits of being already-dead, he'd throw himself in as a possible decoy/distraction if need be. He could be convinced not to go along, but it would take a very reassuring alternate plan!

Additionally if it'd interfere with a second check of the cathedral later this week I'd assume he was dissuaded.
