For the most part, Arthur's back in the city after losing his job and apartment, so he'll need somewhere to live.........

Yep, just her parents and eventually Dani as well.

Compared to her sprouting wings, this would seem mundane. It'd probably only be a temporary arrangement.

Arthur's going to straight up ask her if she can actually fly with them.

Also, he would greatly appreciate the help and simultaneously be terrified of being there with her parents and sister around.

She'd be up for that. But it'd need to be after dark since she's weak against sunlight now.

Well, she's actually her cousin, but she might as well be a sister.
