For the most part, Arthur's back in the city after losing his job and apartment, so he'll need somewhere to live.........

Of course. There's a bit of trouble due to the mafia trying to run members of the network out of Locke.

Not very much. He's been keeping to himself and a low profile, but has gained an upgrade to an ability, became a bit more sociable. Well, there was exploration in the catacombs with some monsters which lead to bad things.
