For the most part, Arthur's back in the city after losing his job and apartment, so he'll need somewhere to live.........

Toushirou is not letting himself get run out of town. He's staying put. He's kinda freaked out for his granny's sake, but he will not leave. (Anyone who comes after her will have a pissed off and protective little shinigami to deal with, man.)
