mafia attack plotting post

All right, so here's an OOC plotting post for the attack on the mafia! There's no date set for it, because I wanted to make sure it worked for whoever wanted in, but ideally it'll take place in the next week or so.

The meeting will have Albero present, along with a large number of high ranking mafia members. Mods will be NPCing Albero as needed, and may also provide any other NPCing, if people want/need other stuff. I'm assuming the other mafia members can be NPCed by players attacking them, however.

I'll set a couple of threads below for specific plotting - date discussion, those going to the meeting, and those who'd want to do something with the recordings and other information Nick has. And, of course, feel free to start your own threads.

If you want your character to participate but don't want to tag into the network post, just comment here and we can handwave them signing up or whatever! I know it's a busy time of the year for people.

UPDATE on the date of the attack and structure of the attack log here! Unless anyone has conflicts, the attack will take place on the night of Monday, December 8th.

Okay, so I've had this plot with Raye in development for some time and I figure it's about time to pull the trigger on it.

Basically, confronting the mafia will cause Raye to finally lose control of her anger and will trigger a berserker transformation.

In effect this will turn her into a rampaging, hyper destructive monster that will attack anything even vaguely aggressive toward her with no distinction between friend or foe. Her first target will be the mob though so characters can avoid her rampage largely by staying out of her way, although collateral damage will certainly be a thing that happens.

There are loose plans in place to snap her out of this form but I figured it was best to put this up here to give people a heads up and see if anybody wanted to plot around it. Either being involved or dodging the incident completely.

Rakka will be staying out of the way for Raye's main rampage, but she will try to step in if things take a turn for the worse.

She's probably going to die, but she'll try her best to get through to Raye that all this anger is bad for her blood pressure. :p

Haha. It's funny because she almost died that one time it happened.

Dies because of Raye No, she'll try her best to not die for the Dians and everyone and Raye's sake. Wont stop her from getting all up into the danger if she has to though.
