Hi, my name is Bii and I'll be bringing you this shouty nutball: Eugene Yokugawa (brother of Numbers Club psychiatrist Dr Mort Yokugawa.) In his previous life he was Kosei "Cakeboss" Kougami of the Kougami Foundation: eccentric businessman, hobby baker, sponsor of OOO, and the guy whose company came up with Kamen Rider Birth. He spent most of the show baking cakes, singing Happy Birthday, and having his science guys mess around with medals for fun. Now he's the divorced father of one (Rhonda, age sixteen) and the owner of MAGNIFICENT BAKERY, a Locke City institution since the days when it was known as Tachibana Baked Goods, with two locations in Japantown and the Locke City downtown. If your characters have been around Locke City for any given length of time, you've probably seen this guy on a billboard or heard his voice on a radio commercial. If you've gone to MAGNIFICENT BAKERY you may have even encountered him in person. (Yes, the allcaps is part of the name. Deal with it.)

If you'd like to have prior CR with him I am totally up with that. He's lived in Locke City all his life. He's got an ex-wife if anyone with a character old enough (at least mid-thirties?) wants to be that and also his bakery employs a bunch of people.
