The Homestuck in question is Vriska Serket, who used to be a gray-skinned troll pirate fairy girl... thing. In her new form as Octavia Serket, she's a bratty aspiring actress with absolutely no talent whatsoever. Not that you'd know it by the size of her ego. It's even bigger than her hair.
