Anyone wanna get Tesla'd? :D?

Hokay, so. Becky here got an interesting little toy from watching the Sage video, and she's interested in testing it out. What I wanted to ask before sending her off to do it on her own is: Anyone wanna have their character get stun-gunned?

What she got is her Tesla (this thing), Warehouse 13's version of a ray gun, basically. They shoot lightning!

What it would do to a hypothetical 'volunteer' for this experiment: Knock them unconscious for a couple minutes, otherwise doing no lasting physical harm. Canon is fuzzy on whether they impair short-term memory around the shot (pilot says yes, characters act like they don't have issues later on, it's complicated); that would be up to you.

I am not sure how a Tesla shot would affect characters with robot parts. Given that, this may not be the best thing for those of you with robot parts.

Becky's going to try to take it somewhere secluded to test it, but she'd put a call out to the network first to see if anyone wanted to go along. I just wanted to see OOCly if anyone was interested in their character getting zapped.

Marisa might be talked into letting herself be zapped for science provided she got a chance to try it on Rebecca too. It would take some doing though.

Whether she gets talked into it or not, which could go either way depending on the conversation, she will be sorely tempted to try and "borrow" the tesla for her own purposes (Her own purposes being "having a ray gun.")

Two points of order:

1) This will be entirely accidental. Becky doesn't know what it does yet, and aiming a Tesla is only a little like aiming a gun.

2) It may not have enough charge for a second shot, and she doesn't have the charger yet. (Or realise it needs one.)

Ah, so not a "hey can I test this stun gun on someone", but more of a "what's this thing d-Oh fuck that looks like it hurt sorry."

She still might try and steal it if she finds out what it does, depending on how funny we decide that would be.

I am totally in favor of this being a Random Accident along the lines of 'Becky goes somewhere she thinks is secluded for a test shot, hits Surprise Bystander.' Or it can be more planned than that; she has a network post up trying to see if anyone knows what the hell it is, leaving room for 'hey maybe testing that is a good plan, looks cool, I'll come along.' I can roll with either!

I am so so so sorry to do this, but a perfect opportunity for accidental-zapping came up in another thread and I'm seizing it. Perhaps another time? (Surely something will be chaotic enough for it down the road.)
