+1 More Kid With a Ridiculous Past
Hello all! I'm... not gonna lie, I've been pretty nervous about this because there's a lot of you out there. But after a delay, I'm finally intro'ing myself and my kid.
So hi! My name's Tai, and this is Ven(tus) from Kingdom Hearts: Birth By Sleep. You know, that crazy canon about heart and light and darkness where everyone's this one guy and this other guy is everyone else. In this game/world, Ven has become Bennett (Ben) Renard, and he's got a twin brother floating around in that other messy-headed blond kid from his home hanging around who stole his face you thief. Ben currently just completed his first year at LCU, with a declared major in biology and a heavy focus on science and math (he wants to be a vet). If anyone else has a character who may have had classes with him, I'm up for a little pre-established CR as long as it makes sense!
He was also involved in a pretty bad car accident a few years back which left him with a permanent disability (crushed, reconstructed-in-surgery pelvis) that mostly manifests as a limp. He's plenty fine at getting around and taking care of himselfand has his brother to fuss over him on bad days, but it is a noticeable thing for anyone that sees him in person.

1. This bitch, Chris Starsky, teaches some of the entry level freshman math courses at LCU (calculus and the like). So he may have had her. Bluh bluh huge bitch.

Anyway YES AQUA hell our reserves lapsed and we didn't have problems. Seems like even with 3D out recently there hasn't be a huge re-upswing in the fandom RP scene. HOPEFULLY I DIDN'T JUST JINX IT FOR YOU BUT I'D LOVE TO SEE AQUA. And I'm thinking having Chris as a math teacher would be a fun idea - Ben probably wouldn't see her as a bitch per se, but he'd probably classify her in that "ridiculously hard to please teacher" category.

AQUA! She's going to be actually around 60 years old in this incarnation, if the mods approve it, and a relatively well known science fiction and fantasy author (a la Diane Duane -- well known in fandom circles, but no George R R Martin or anything), and her main series is a bunch of books called the Starheart Saga which are about a bunch of warriors who have magic swords and also magic keys who defend the galaxy HMMMMMMMMMmmmmmmmmmm
(she based the book on her first Echo, which was of the Mark of Mastery exam. She thought it was a dream and that giant keys = dumb but magic keys, maybe there's something there)

I'd totally love to have some pre-CR. Tamara is just finishing up her sophmore year and is a computer programming and web design major, but she'd definitely need some science classes and may have waited, especially on biology

If it makes sense, I'm up for it. Ben's taken some other courses and seems to also like history a great deal (probably more than just basic math) so they could encounter each other pretty much anywhere, and bio's a fairly standard starter-course for science.

And yes, it would make sense. Since science would only be a GED for computer majors (at least it was when I was in college), she could put it off until her sophomore year easily. History is also an option as well and I'm sure she'd enjoy it with how much she loves reading.
