new character

hi! linda here (karson/karkat-mun) with a second character! this is julia fuchs, who is also the GREAT AND MIGHTY KINGDOM OF PRUSSIA, MAY GOD BLESS ITS LANDS WITH GLORY. except she doesn't know that yet. instead, in Locke, she'll be an older university student working on her doctorate and trying to become more fluent in english.

she also frequents the bars. a lot.
