Slightly late to the newbie train
Adding to the new players, hello there!
I'm Heather and i'll be bringing you this guy, Derek Hale, from Teen Wolf. That show involving teenagers, werewolves and questionable CGI/green screen effects.
Canon-wise he is, in fact, one of the werewolves that wanders around the town. Specifically he's the shady one who just seems to turn up in places he logically shouldn't be able to get into. Like someone's bedroom. Or inside a school.
He doesn't have the best people skills, tends to go for the violent route instead of trying to settle things calmly and has a habit of withholding information. There's also the little matter of his abysmal luck that tends to affect those around him.
His reincarnation, however, is a leap in the other direction, although he is keeping his original name. Not being a werewolf and inadvertently getting the majority of your family killed certainly helped that along.
This time around he actually grew up to be a functioning member of society. He's 25 and actually has a job, instead of living off various life insurance claims, as a teacher of Folklore and Mythology at the university.

Hi Heather! I'm Bri and I'm new here as well, but welcome welcome! I play Nick Burkhardt here from Grimm, who used to be a sort of supernatural creature hunter with a werewolf-esque best friend and is now a boring homicide detective.
I've only seen season one of Teen Wolf, but I love Derek! I have a huge soft spot for cranky wolves. Looking forward to playing with you, and I hope you don't mind if I add you on plurk! (I'm brbsoulnomming)
