Heyyyyy guess who's back. (I know. I really, really know. I won't spare you the details of why I was gone since it's mostly pretty stupid, but I'm sorry for the disappearance. I'm going to work harder to be better about keeping everyone informed in the future.)

First things first, I decided to drop Joshua Christopher for now, since one character seems to be my limit at the moment. Sorry for everyone that was interested in interacting with him! I'm hoping to bring him back later when stuff gets less crazy for me.

For Sasame/Sam--he broke his leg during the Sage of the Earth drama trying to protect Tamara, and also got a pretty nasty echo, which is why he's been out of commission since that time. He's managed to get the echo under control enough to function better, and his leg is healing, so he'll be showing up on the Network again!

If your character knows Sam fairly well, feel free to handwave that they've been in contact with him or even visited him at the apartment he shares with his mom. Also feel free to comment here or contact me if you need to sort out anything else.

And for everyone that's joined the game during my absence...hi!

Haha, you know I was actually specifically thinking of Julien when I mentioned that. XD Since he visited (particularly if he prodded any), Sam might have told him about one of the echos he got that was giving him problems (he could hear EVERYTHING within a city block, but it was all jumbled together).

Also he's probably going to be a little concerned about the eyes changes when he hears about it...

Julien tries not to whine much. He strives to be cheerful and quickly-adjusted, or to seem that way at least. But it happens! Mostly right after something happens/he's hit by some aspect.

well, I think Sam would think he would be justified in whining a little when that happens, honestly! He's always pretty supportive of people venting their problems and thinks it's healthy.

...yeah I think he'd be justified too. |D Really right now he's been informed that the changes are birdy but he's in denial.

When it can't be denied anymore he'll be in a depressive state for a while. And then seem cheerful again but... well.

Poor guy. :( Sam'll do his best to be supportive. although there's certainly nothing in his textbooks about how to help someone turning into a bird. But he'll give it his all!

Oh man, Tamara-mun told me about that. Poor Hajime! I'm really tempted to tag his "wandering around at night" log but I'm stuck on an excuse for why Sam would be out that late. :|a

Hm...Hajime thinks he is moving around stealthily and subtly, but he's probably made a bit of noise diving into a tree or behind trash cans as he hides from passing cars and perceived passers-by. Or if Sam is unlucky enough to have a spooked giant bug wind up on his rooftop...

Haha, that could work! Or maybe on his balcony? He lives in an apartment!

(Plus since he has his super-hearing back, and it'd be late at night, he would maybe pick out a noise like that!)

Oh, man, I love that. Hajime surprises himself by jumping high enough to accidentally land on a balcony, gets surprised again when someone comes out there because he thought he was quiet, surprised yet again when it's just Sam...
