Hello hello, everyone! As one or two of you know, I’m Misty, and I bring you Toushirou Hitsugaya from Bleach. Pre-incarnation, he was a grumpy, decades old, white-haired, quietly analytical death god. Now? He’s a grumpy, eleven-year-old, blond-haired mouthy brat. His first Echo involved yelling at his school project partner for slacking off and sticking him with doing her share of the work. Gee, I can’t imagine why that would trigger an Echo!

I’m super excited to have him here and I can’t wait to throw him head-first into all the plotty goodness and watch people freak out over his safety. Any and all of you are welcome to add me on Plurk at cloudyskies.

Hiya, Blue number one! And hooray for more younger people having echoes! They will need some CR. (And I'm wondering if my membership request for the IC comm even went through, since I can post here but not there yet. Hm.)

Right now, of course, the competence gap is a complete non-issue anyway. :P All this kid remembers at this point is that he used to be in charge of something, and he has some weird soul-related terminology in his head. (Soul burial? Hollows? What do those even mean?) Heck, the ability I first intend to return to him won't even be combat-specific. Helpful, but not expressly for fighting.

Of course, how much Toushirou can take care of himself at this point is a bit debatable. Still a smart kid and everything, but . . . hey. He's eleven. Trouble will happen. But he will gladly join Bakura in that corner. And will eventually join him in the prematurely white-haired corner, whenever I decide an echo will give him back his real hair colour. :P

Good to meet you, Fran! I do actually have some familiarity with Yu-Gi-Oh. Enough to know that Bakura is one seriously messed up kid. I look forward to these two getting to know each other.

Haa, nice! Bakura got his white 3-4 years ago thanks to trauma [because no Bakura can ever have parents ever, it's just a rule] and will be.. half relieved to see someone else getting sideeyed for his hair for once :)

Yeah, at 11, mooks can still grab you and haul your skinny tiny butt off, so you're pretty screwed. :)

Hey, his pre-incarnation probably lived for at least a couple thousand years in the end! (Series still ongoing, but I really doubt we'll see that far in the future. :P)

It's in its final arc now (533 or so chapters and still going!), but who knows how much more is going to be packed in that?

In any case, shinigami aging is pretty weird, but basically the stronger the shinigami, the slower they age physically. There are captains that are over two thousand years old already, and at most they look middle-aged. And Toushirou? Is captain-level at less than a hundred years old, so it's a safe bet that he'll live a long time, barring a violent end.

But here? Eleven. Good times.

Hajime likes kids, and he, like so many others, is not going to be happy in the least that an eleven year old has been thrown into this. Canonly speaking, he's got a pretty soft spot for bratty children right around Toushirou's age here, hehe.

Well this is CR that must happen, then! Toushirou is going to be poking around the high-traffic areas that the cops will be investigating, because he's trying to figure out all this weirdness. So he'll basically be right in the middle of everything because he wants things to make sense. And he can't make sense of things from the sidelines! Geez, everyone is so sensitive!

Hi, Kero! Yep, this kid has been my main muse for a couple years now. I like grumpy, serious, short people, obviously. He'll probably be nosing around the area of the gym once he sees the cops checking the place out. Because he needs to investigate what's going on for his own peace of mind. And he's pretty much gotten the information now that the cops are up to some kind of no good, so anything they look at is suspicious.

I intend to have much fun. Hooray for plotty games!
