+1 (former) robot!

Hi everyone! I'm Bri, Nick's player, bringing in my second character. This is Ratchet from the Transformers films! He used to be a robot medic fighting with the Autobots, and now he's... a nearly 50 year old man who's basically been a professional student his whole life. But hey, at least he has his five degrees?

He's currently a professor at Locke University, teaching classes in engineering and in the medical program, so I'd love pre-existing CR with any other professors or students? He also volunteers at the teaching hospital, so there's that, too. (He also has a ton of terrariums and various reptiles he's collected and dotes over, because he's still obsessed with science.)

Looking forward to playing him here! :D

HMMMM Toni (my other character aka Naoto) went to Locke U, but took up psychology instead of engineering but she probably would have spoken to him? Because medical things are awesome for her. And Miles here is a giant nerd for all things science so if Ratchet talks about science things Miles would get on the ball so fast.

Ooo, yes, she could definitely have spoken to him about medical things! He's always more than willing to talk to students - or anyone - about that kind of thing, whether or not they were actually in his classes. And hooray for fellow science nerds! He'll be thrilled to have someone as excited as him to talk to.

Yessssss good. Also since Toni's a cop by now he could ask her for assistance or some such if something bad happens. And Miles would love being in college when he finally gets there because having Ratchet CR would be awesome.

That sounds great! He's had a healthy respect for law enforcement since he had a significant relationship with a police officer a while back, so he'd be very proud of her. And man, Benjamin is going to love Miles. Enthusiasm for learning is always an excellent trait!

(Also while I'm here, my other character Nick is a homicide detective, so it's possible he and Toni know of each other as well?)

Sounds good! Nick doesn't have much of a life outside of work, so he's that guy who's pretty much there 24/7 and can occasionally be found catching a bit of sleep on the break room couch rather than going home.

He's like half Benjamin's age and not in school but he's also exceedingly friendly and social. Want them to have at least met?

Ooo, I'd love for them to have met! Age doesn't particularly matter to Benjamin, especially when they have things in common. If Julien ever expressed a desire to continue going to college, though, Benjamin'd offer to help him find some sort of scholarship or something.

Cool. Julien's been kind of thinking, since the game started and he's spent so much time in Strider's shady clinic, that he should've gone into medicine. But he's hundreds of thousands in debt already and... slowly mutating into something very not human, so he's unwilling to make plans in that direction.

Yeeaah that'd put a damper on returning to college plans, even into a career as dear to Benjamin's heart as medicine. But still, they could definitely have some great CR!

Definitely! Benjamin's on campus quite a bit and goes to pretty much all of the university related functions, so if Alex ever visited her or went to any of them, they'd likely have met.

I decided Alex's mom was one of the professors who put together Shakespeare in the park in the summer, so they could've met there! Alex got roped into helping with the productions a lot.
