Sooo, did someone mention characters from really, really old RPGs?

Hi, guys! I'm Alex, I'm new, and I'm super excited to be here! This is Vyse from an old RPG called Skies of Arcadia (which is super, super great, okay) and I'm very sorry to say that intro posts are still not any easier for me than they've ever been.

Ahem, yes. So Vyse here's one of the main characters from Skies, an air pirate! Because seas made of water are, like, so mainstream or something... and there aren't any in Arcadia anyway. He's generally a pretty laid-back guy, the kind who'll cheerfully be the first to sign up when he sees something potentially dangerous because, hey, it's adventure and it's fun and all of that! Aaaand he's been reincarnated into one Vaughn Inglebard, aka a name he really hates, and he gets to be a dirty hipster idiot now, because that's totally fun, right? He's 18 now, about to start at the university as a freshman (undeclared, of course) and high school students might recognize him as that idiot who'd drag his friends to supposedly haunted places at 2am and other odd hours.

I'm Blue, and I play Anthony from the video game Eternal Darkness and Rarity from My Little Pony, respectively dogged and zombified medieval French messenger boy whose reincarnation is an uptight and straight-arrow but well-meaning fifteen-year-old student; and unicorn pony seamstress reincarnated to the life of a more mundane (but talking!) family pet pony named Cinderella.

Hi! I'm Lucy with two! The first Aradia Megido from Homestuck, reincarnated as Aria Megido. She's a fairly cheerful and friendly girl who likes history and a variety of nerdy things, and she lives with her sister in Japantown. She's 16 and therefore a high school student, though she also works part-time at her grandmother's antique shop (also in Japantown) and does occasional babysitting gigs.

The second is Toph Beifong from Avatar, reincarnated as Sophie Bai, 13-year-old middle school student. She's sort of blunt and snarky still, but also is more polite and willing to work with people/ask for help in her current incarnation, partly because her family support system is a lot more awesome and less overprotective. She's still blind, and has a cane and a lack of seeing feet at the moment.

Oh man, Skies of Arcadia, another of the fabulous RPGs I haven't played but want to at some point.

I'm Awe, and right now I play Mir from Ar tonelico (and sequel, the first two are good but I have a... significantly more negative opinion on the third) as Miranda Atmiller, an independent, respectably wealthy CS grad student.

In a couple months I'll be introducing a character as a high school senior that would probably at least recognize Vaughn, though.
