Double the player plot goodness!

Howdy ya'll. Olga aka player of Karl Aurion (Richard Locke)/Kratos Aurion here bringing you guys all some more lovely player plot goodness! It's a two for the price of one deal so you can't get better than that!!

Now, as a good chunk of you are aware, Mr. Locke is actually an undercover police captain sent to Locke High to a. keep an eye on a couple people and b. do some actual cop work! Thanks to not only his snooping but the new super senses helping him out, his investigative work is finally paying off!

And thus, on Monday, December 2 there will be large scale drug bust at Locke High! The info regarding it is as follows:

• This bust will take place during 5th period.
• Students and staff will be ordered to stay inside classrooms and no one will be let in or out of the building.
• There will be no prior Network warning or anything due to Karl not expecting the officers to do anything else other than what he's told them to.
• HOWEVER the cops WILL search lockers and possessions of people deemed suspicious. Feel free to say whether or not you would want your character to be searched and potentially taken into custody.
• The cops are not against planting drugs or making crap up to arrest people. Once again, if you want this to happen to your character just say so!
• A good number of students AND teachers will be arrested, most for the actual bust but at least one due to Network relations.
• The arrested Network person will be Randolph Lyall professorwolf but he will be getting released later that day thanks to Karl's interference.
• The news and newspapers will NOT be mentioning the officer behind the drug bust, but will likely be full of all that WE ARE THE FORCE AND WE ARE HERE TO PROTECT LOCKE CITY!! goodness from the cops.

Karl will also be getting promoted for the drug bust from Captain to Deputy Superintendent of the force. Any police people feel free to hear this along the grapevine. He will be remaining at the high school for the time being if only because his position lets him keep an eye on all you suspicious students. This also means his superiors will be getting far more on his ass about reporting stuff, but he will do his best to just keep it to regular kid behavior. TEENAGERS ARE ALWAYS WEIRD OKAY. He may also just report people he knows have no Network involvement.

Now plot goody number 2: Miki Kaoru heymiki will be getting killed the evening of Tuesday, December 3! Yup, by the police force at that! What's gonna happen is the following:

• Random Cop A would have seen Miki getting his blue hair back in an echo. Miki ran, the cop followed and then corned him in an alley with the full intent to shoot. Thankfully, Karl had seen the chase and followed the two. When he tried to intervene, Random Cop A pistol whipped him in the head and then shot him in the shoulder before killing Miki.
• The news of this would break Wednesday morning.
• The story itself would be along the lines of 'Tragedy struck Locke City last night when Locke City High School student, Miki Kaoru, and chemistry teacher, Richard Locke, were shot at around 9:30 pm. Miki was pronounced dead at the scene while Richard is said to be in stable condition. According to sources, Miki was approached by some unknown assailants in an alleyway and Richard had attempted to intervene. The gunmen were likely either gang members or of the terrorist group plaguing our city.' or some variation of this.

Mr. Locke will NOT be at school on Wednesday due to recovering from a concussion, however he will have an open log on Thursday for anyone who wants to ask him about this or why about he apparently did not dispute the terrorist claims. Please feel free to get suspicious of him for that!! Really, I cannot emphasize this enough~ So yes, you may now continue with your regularly scheduled program. :3

Demyx will be mega freaked by the drug bust, but he's lain low enough that he should be fine.

Neku will also be panicking a bit, and I'm sure he'll stop by Thursday immediately to make sure Mr. Locke is ok. not because he cares, or anything.

Oh, maaaaan. Arthur knows Miki and dragged Miki out on Halloween, so he's going to be bummed and will want to make sure Karl's okay.

And Hajime will be feeling torn, because he thought Richard was a good guy, and then this happens and Lyall gets arrested. He'd probably want some sort of explanation.

Hmm the truth definitely won't be coming from Karl's end, that much I can say. If Lyall-mun wants, I am game for him telling Hajime the truth and then having him confront Karl or something like that?

Danny will be pretty shaken up, and probably feeling kind of betrayed depending on exactly how badly this drug bust goes! I'm down for his locker and stuff being searched, but I don't want him taken in right now, so it'll just stop at the searching.

And he's totally gonna go visit Karl/Richard/fuck I don't even know how to refer to the guy any more while he's recovering to alternately be worried and pissed off.

Haha it's cool, idk what to call him sometimes myself but wonderful! Be angry/worried about him all you want, Danny, and enjoy seeing him emo/be angry at himself, too.

So basically Karl will be like "Here is a list of actually legitimately suspicious students who are selling weed or some shit."

But when the police show up they'll use it as an excuse to get any people they think might be part of the network?

Yup yup. His super senses actually let him overhear a number of conversations pertaining to the bust so the list he gave was actually super accurate.

But then other people stuck their noses in it and innocent, potential Network people end up getting arrested.

Luci's not a student but she's going to flip. Her. Shit. One because her boyfriend, while probably smart enough to hide his amulet on his person, might get searched, but particularly because of the shooting.

I suspect that we aren't going to have any indication over the network that Richard/Karl is working undercover. I do have a character that works at the hospital (intern) who might come to visit, but she would be under orders not to say a word. So if you're looking for more complicated CR.

Expect a visit from Luci as well, who will probably do a lot of fretting because she's good at that. She's also good for a indirect guilt trip ASK ZELOS.

Britany Ruff's locker is completely empty; she never even bothered memorizing the combination.

Being a juvenile delinquent and it not quite being finals week yet, she'll have completely skipped campus after lunch (the boring classes are all then for her). Would she see the police preparing for the raid?

Also they can search Lloyd's locker if they want since he has bad grades so maybe that's suspicious idk. But it will just be a mess of books and worksheets he forgot to do. Also possibly food. They don't have much of a reason to frame him yet, though, since his Echoes have been hideable/mostly in his head. Lloyd will be very unhappy that he's stuck in his classroom.

So he'll just be double cranky after the shooting! =D And OMG the police do suck and haaate.

...Karl wouldn't be mentioned in anything publicly, right?

Sadly, Mr. Locke won't be sharing too much of the story. Another cop type might be able to pass along some details of the bust, at least.

I cannot think of anything more suspicious than an almost-eighteen-year-old girl that won't let a plushie out of arm's reach. The cops, then, would be more than sensible to search Winter. She will, of course, also attempt to intervene if/when students or teachers are marched out. In any event, she will probably need to be either detained until all's said and done, or outright arrested for obstruction.

Ah, she will probably get the sniffer dog treatment if she does get brought in, though. Forgot to mention that.

I'll probably have to ping the mods about some of this, but! Nick's the supervisor for the homicide department, so he'll likely be pretty involved in the second plot. I'll have to see how much he's going to be involved in the cover up or if they'd go over his head for this, but either way, he'll probably want to talk to Karl at some point, if that's cool with you?

Totally and completely cool! :3 If it's the latter, expect him to just pretty much say 'go with what your superior said', just as a note. He may give in eventually, but yeah, he won't be too willing to drag Nick into the corruption.

In other news, Miles' locker is. Full of nothing but possibly college-level text books because HE CAN OKAY. Mostly about tech and engineering but there'd be some about history too because he rolls that way. Gorge on that you policemen.
