Operation Care Package Redux

Hey guys!

This is a post to hopefully coordinate regarding a possible log for the folks plotting care package prep and delivery. Most likely if anybody has responded to Pierce's posts regarding this, you've gotten a PM about it, but new people are welcome too.

What I'd like to know is whether you guys want a log. That log would cover the week of Christmas, to allow for playing out any aspect of the process. Any pertinent details regarding your character that can go into that, I'd love to know them. Things you'd like to see or feel would work best? I'd also like to know that.

In general, this is for plotting purposes. I plan to post a log on the 26th or 27th (if that works for people involved) and backdate it.

I am definitely interested! However, there's another plot that's currently slated to have happened on the 22nd and I'm not sure how that's going to affect Alex, so I'm not going to commit to anything until I figure that one out.

In general, I think a mingle format might work!

Totally understandably on the plot front. If you don't mind, keep me posted on it, since I'd like to figure out what works best for the most people and backdating's always a possibility.

The Dians are happy to assist as best they can. Hopefully, they could make deliveries while transporting their various antique wares.

There will potentially be a grumpy, self-centered old lady angrily following along.

so sorry, i was on hiatus for the last two weeks! but i'm good for a mingle log with stuff like prep, delivery, etc. chloe is definitely still interested in going for the gold.

I'd be down for involving Calvin in a log. He's got money to spare, so he can help purchase a lot of additional food and supplies, procure some transportation to hand the care packages out, etc. But if that stuff doesn't need any help, he can just be there to help pack and deliver them too.

Which is to say, anything he would like to do is cool, though funding is probably good-to-go. Are you okay with the idea of a mingle-log?

hi hello holidays have been kind of crazy!

yoko has key club organization she's doing--they're delivering care packages at a local homeless shelter for winter stuff--but she's otherwise totally free, and can provide some (probably handwaved) manpower. she'll also almost certainly have stuff from the relief drive they ran after the earthquake happened that she's gotten teacher approval to share around. that'd probably be a couple of large boxes worth?

Sounds good to me. I remember Yoko mentioning that, and it's cool that they had similar efforts going on. More help for the people who need it, right? I'll be sure to note it if you're going the handwave route, thanks bunches for taking the time to coordinate here. Holidays are so darn hectic.

Should be quite safe. It's just enough to be disconcerting, really.

His body recovers incredibly fast. I mean, unless you drop a building on him, he's toast then.

Åsa's not going to be around to help with deliveries, but if there's a mingle log I'd totally be up for her turning up with her donation drive items at some point and probably lurking and helping more than she has time for because that's what she does.
