Ladies and gentlemen, I finally actually went through with a second app. Wonders will never cease.

mugennoken), and I've just had Lily (alilyinthemoonslight) here up until now, but now I have brought you yet more mecha goodness in the form of Lockon Stratos, aka Neil Dylandy... and that second name is what he's going to be going by here, too.
He's a mechanic here now, and a former Army Ranger who got put out via injury. This is going to lead to some fun echoes later on. ALSO: His family owns a bar, too, so if you need to get drunk he can point you in the right direction on top of fixing your car. Just don't... mix the two. At the same time.
STUFF FOR HIM WILL COME... as soon as I get this sucker some icons ready. Hahahaha.Busy week.
