HEY PEOPLE HOW DO YOU GUYS FEEL ABOUT A KIDNAPPING

HELLO FRIENDS! Come this Thursday, the daughter of a high ranking Thunder Corp official will be kidnapped, and official word from the police heading the investigation will point at strong evidence that the reincarnates were the perpetrators. (Spoiler alert: It was actually the Blood Keys. The Blood Keys are to blame here. ~~Sort of.~~)

(This entry goes out to any network police or mafia members who want to know what's up and perhaps have a hand in the plot! :>)

WHOA WHOA WHOA WHAT'S ACTUALLY GOING ON

In a sentence: Thunder Corp wishes to clear their name and boost the police's reputation, and made a deal with the Mafia and by extension the Blood Keys to kidnap Samhain Roi-Paume in a huge publicity stunt.

In a back of the novel summary: Thunder Corp's reputation has taken a nosedive, what with suspicion surrounding their activities in the Dead District going completely unimpeded by the Blood Keys and other publicity slams they've been getting courtesy of the reincarnates. They approached Albero's mafia a few days ago and paid them an exorbitant amount of money for a staged kidnapping. The plan's simple: kidnap the daughter of a Thunder Corp official, dress it up so it looks like the reincarnates did it, the police find her location a week later and return her to her family's care. Thunder looks like the victim, the police come out as heroes, the reincarnates take the fall.

WELL OKAY THAT'S BALLS WHAT CAN WE DO

Once the news hits, lots of things could happen! Sam will not be communicating a distress signal to the network at large, so most everyone will be free to assume anything they want. The police will be investigating the case and will not be in on the plan as a whole except for the officers the mafia and Thunder approached with the plan. That's right, Sherman is not aware of this. The higher ups at Thunder are in on the plan, including Sam's parents, but the plan has not been communicated to the rest of the company. The mafia is a little more open about the plan to their members, but the plan should mostly be kept to the higher ups. Most all of the Blood Keys are in on this, hilariously enough.

If no one has any clear adjustments or suggestions for the plan, the plot will conclude with the plan going off without a hitch; Thunder and the police will come out smelling like roses and the reincarnates' reputation will take a pretty appreciable hit. However, this is totally up for discussion!

New plan! Tavia, Kanti, Roxy, and Mac will find out about the kidnapping through their investigation of the mafia for Karson and Avery's murders, then end the week with a heroic rescue. Fisticuffs and threats to bullies will be totes involved. 8Db The plan is still up for discussion but I think we will stick with this part!

Okay well what do you guys want out of it

All we want is a good week so the Blood Keys can have stupid fun time kidnapping CR with Sam. This is literally the only thing this plot is for.

HERE YOU GO:
↳ A week ago (03/18): Thunder approached Albero's mafia with the plan. They used the time between then and now to implement the plan, alert the police and the Blood Keys, and acquire an apartment in the shitty part of town.
↳ Thursday (03/27): The Blood Keys kidnap Samhain Roi-Paume. ~~slowly turns on yakety sax~~
↳ Friday (03/28): The news hits most media outlets and the police are notified. The investigation commences!
↳ ?????: ???? SHENANIGANS
↳ Thursday (04/03): ~~The police swoop in and save the day!~~ Tavia, Kanti, Roxy, and Mac crash the party, rescue the babe ~~with the power~~, and punch out any Blood Keys they find.

okay so you gotta understand these kids are fucking pissed they're ready to kill motherfuckers slowly and painfully for karson and ava so if you wanna keep your kids alive you gotta keep them away from these guys or give them a really fucking good reason not to start on a neck-breaking laser-facing dice-rolling locke city chainsaw massacre.

but i figure mainly it'll be kind of like "who mutated karson's dog?" "who?" "tell me motherfucker! what country you from?" except without the part where samual l. jackson shoots the other guy, since roxy at the very least will keep the other two restrained to those directly responsible.

they could even rescue sam themselves? if you want to keep that one for the police, that's cool though.

Mac is still firmly in the "hey yo dudes murder is hella bad" camp but there is no way he is missing out on getting answers for Karson and Avery. Do you and Surge want Mac to be the eventual wet blanket who tries to keep them from murdering everybody?

agreeing with kappy on that! I don't mind if Mac tried to reign them in at some point, but I want them to be able to have something for him to reign them in from. so the answer is a yes. just let them kill like... one or two or ten dudes first

If I'm understanding you right, the plan is: Kanti, Tavia, and Roxy go to the maf at the same time this whole kidnapping thing is going down, find out what is actually going on from whatever poor mafia member they decide to accost, then decide to rescue Sam themselves? The only thing that is non-negotiable with us is the week they spend together, we could very easily end the plot with the three girls crashing the kidnapping attempt 8> They could even rescue the reincarnates' rep a bit through that. Does that all sound good/make sense? Please let me know if I can clarify or fix anything!

yeah that works; they pick up the kidnapper's trail at the end of the week, move in (and probably beat them up a little bit), and rescue sam.

I think that's pretty cut and dry :DDD Would you guys prefer that the network Keys be there or would you like NPCs? Either way, the BKs will retreat pretty fast once they figure out that they're reincarnates, but if you'd like things to get messier/neater, just say the word *^*b

i want the network keys to be there because i want roxy to recognize skyler as danny's bully and go especially hard on him.

HAHAHAHA oh lord he and sam are just chilling and playing cards or something and BAM SUDDENLY DEATH THREATS i fucking adore it uwu yes, this can happen! I'll make it so Skyler isn't disguised or anything while he's there, and I'll leave it up to the other BKs if they want to be there/disguised. Is this all cool with you?

and yes that sounds like a hella good plan. The week is fine, since they will need some planning time in order to go do this anyway. time to pick up the trail, etc. etc. Kanti wants to basically be the monster in the dark for these mafia guys, so they might be a little sneaky and terrifying in their approach. Makes sense to me.
