oh gosh

hello!

I'm laura and I'm bringing you that one incredible asshole (loki) from the marvel cinematic universe. if you've managed to avoid the marvel hype and hysteria over the last couple of years: he's the guy with the stupid cow helmet who tries destroying a planet in a film primarily about a guy with a really heavy hammer. then, in another film, he still has the stupid helmet, only he tries to steal a blue box instead of embarking on blue-people genocide.

here, in locke city, he's less of an asshole (this mostly means he hasn't tried to destroy or enslave any planets recently), is known as LUKE LAWRENSEN, and works for a small NGO. he is also not in possession of any silly cow helm.

his info post is here, hmd is here, and I can be contacted either via PM, plurk at [plurk.com profile] styloroc or super rarely via AIM at the fairground.

and I'm looking forward to playing here an unbelievable amount.

You know, I think I may have heard of this guy somewhere. It's on the tip of my tongue... something about the end of the world... (I haven't actually paid a lot of attention to Marvelverse at all, though; how close does he tend to come to mythverse stuff, like Sleipnir's backstory?)

Anyway. I'm KD, I've got this earthmover from Golden Sun, which it turns out more people know (and fewer play from) than I thought. And we could probably manage a bit of bzuh between these two once they get some memories back, on account of GS has Thor as a summon. He doesn't look like Daddy Kirk, but he does have a silly cow helmet.

Ah, well. I have a distinct fondness for the ridiculously silly myths, like How Sleipnir Came To Be or That Time Thor Had To Dress Up As Freya or Baldur's Death.

Come to think of it, the Norse may have also had a similar distinct fondness.

Honestly, why do people think perusing my previous public posts is particularly creepy? You're the second person who's told me they feel that way. It's not like you'd be breaking my friendswall to do it. If I minded, I would probably not leave it public and be playing a game that wants me to have a link thereunto in an easily accessible place.

Sorry. Tangential tirades are a thing I do sometimes. Anyway. That history section is a little sketchy, so feel free to ask any questions you may have. I may possibly have played the games enough to function as a living walkthrough.
