Mini plot post
This post wants to do two things: Give players additional information about Neuschwanstein, and gather additional information so we are all on the same page about what happened in Lapland. There's also a few other minor things which are nonetheless important.
As all plot post, however, it is also designed for players to ask questions and find ways to influence the plot. Be bold and ask what you can or can't do; the worst that can happen is that we will say no. As plots in Save the Earth are not self resolving nor on a time limit they can evolve in many ways. Although some potential outcomes are given, they are little more than suggestion and can be changed by character action. What role you take is up to you.
The post is also open for players to plot and coordinate between one another.
Results of the Lapland plot: Please give input!
• What is known: The children were rescued. All santas/grinches gathered at Korvatunturi mountain. A good number of numbered went there.
• Question 1: What happened to the ice (and the being in it) that was buried under the house? Was the ice block frozen over for good? If yes, what was installed to keep it frozen over?
• Question 2: what happened to the remaining santas and grinches? Were they locked up somewhere, killed, or something else?
• Question 3: Did someone report to the police/government/etc, and if yes, what did they say?
• Question 4: What plot information did people gather that will be/has been shared with the other numbered?

Neuschwanstein: Doppelgängers, wolpertingers and a new feeling
The doppelgängers will start to feel the need to hunt down all wolpertinger and bring them into the castle without harming them. They will grow vaguely aware of a feeling of kinship with both all other doppelgängers and the wolpertingers, as if they share something very essential that sets them apart from everyone else on the planet. What conclusions they take away from that is, again, entirely up to themselves.
Other things
• A volunteer is needed: Maryann Young will go to Neuschwanstein Castle to find a doppel or original numbered who will access the network for her so she can talk to everyone on it. If you'd like to volunteer your character, please say so in reply to the "Sign ups" thread below. The character won't have to do much, except for opening the feed for her and closing it after.
• The military stationed in Fort Turner is seeing a few structural changes. General Miller is working on reforming it into a Rapid Deployment Force. People who are still in touch with those who worked with Albero's mafia or with Blood Keys will hear rumours about the military recruiting people right off the street, and nobody hearing from these people after. Asking further will reveal that the recruited people were enhanced - either genetically (spliced with animals) if they were members of Albero's mafia or technically enhanced if they were Blood Keys. Characters that Albero one could reasonably assume to be ...persuaded (through money, offering job/other opportunities or threatening their loved ones) to turn their back to the fellow numbered might be approached as well (the recruiters can't distinguish doppels and original numbered, so while doppels might not be approached directly, they will be accepted if they enlist). If your character, either original or doppel, wishes to be contacted by a recruiter/enlist, please reply to the "Sign Ups" thread below and say if you'd rather get a PP or a PM.
• One person who has a wolpertinger pet is bound to have a short encounter with Badri. As always, as this is plot relevant information, we'd like the mun of the character in question to inform others about the information that they will gain. If you'd like to be the person approached, please comment to the Sign Up thread below.
• One can learn from the news that the well-known alien Geoff Benwick will meet David Cameron, the British Prime Minister, at the end of February.
• From last Friday until yesterday, carnival was happening in Germany/Austria. Parades with trucks and lots of dressed up people, "carnival conferences" with food, beer, music and comedy by professionals and non-professionals (and lots of dressed-up people), and so on. The child will add the following information to what she's already said much in the style in which she did already speak: That this is the real santa, but the other santas and grinches are real too, and that they're all one. That the santas won't stop being angry, ever, not while they're awake. And that they should blow all of them up like they do in the movies, because otherwise they'll just stop being frozen in summer and return.
And then she'll turn and run back to where the children are transported away.

On the official side, Lily reported the success of the operation's primary objective to the NSCG - the children were all rescued safely, and returned to just outside the police station where the false santas were being kept via the Heartcatch Mirage. She also reported Winter being seriously injured, since Winter couldn't do that herself; at Winter's request, she was returned to Las Vegas rather than getting treatment locally, as mentioned above.
