This post is here for two reasons:

• For returning characters/players to say hi and talk a bit about what their character has been up to while they didn't have numbers, and perhaps figure out how that fits in with other characters

• For everyone to plot endgame things.

State of the character: Ryan has been living a good, calm life with his loving husband, Bertholdt! Though the news and craziness has had them worried sick they've been trying to stay safe... BUT NO MORE!! (I'm actually working on chatting with Nor to see if she wants to join in/come up with anything for their time away so.)
Plans: Just before leaving Ryan echoed back like 70% of his powers so he is TOTALLY COOL with fighting wherever he's needed. idk if they can echo back some more before shit goes down?? But either way he can also help evacuate people since he still has his firefighting experience. Really, he is just down for anything. Bara Dad cannot be stopped.

Blaine has been wandering the world as a 10% titan for like. Months now. SHE MAY BE A BIT TRAUMATIZED BY THIS we should totally have them run into each other.

she left the echo boundaries because she went brainless titan but I was thinking that she could wander back into some boundary or the other, maybe Ryan is on holidays in Finland and sees a titan walk into his direction all of a sudden and then gets his echoes back
