FINAL CR/PLOTTING MEME

This post is here for two reasons:

• For returning characters/players to say hi and talk a bit about what their character has been up to while they didn't have numbers, and perhaps figure out how that fits in with other characters

• For everyone to plot endgame things.

State of the character: He's mostly been kicking around Vegas, though it's safe to say he's been around everywhere in search of outrageous adventure. His NPC Vegas showgirl girlfriend just broke up with him, but he's not too broken up over that. Someone please come help him take care of all the crap she left behind which is totally not an opportunity to get an echo off of oddly specific random crap seriously I'm trying to help.
Plans: During the invasion, he'll more than likely end up trying to fight the invaders near various bodies of water so he can make the fullest use of his powers. I don't have anything too set in stone for him.

Even if Arthur will be very concerned with making sure his superhero vampire granny doesn't get hurt. Because she is his granny, after all!

Of course! Artie is a good boy. Shall we assume that she's coming to Vegas to see him for when she gets her echoes back?

That works! They can always use the teleporter to go to another Echo zone if they need to! And she could get an echo from teleporter use, too!
