FINAL CR/PLOTTING MEME

This post is here for two reasons:

• For returning characters/players to say hi and talk a bit about what their character has been up to while they didn't have numbers, and perhaps figure out how that fits in with other characters

• For everyone to plot endgame things.

State of the character: Stefan's very attached to Locke City, residing with Danny (and maybe Walter Price) - and with the rise of the cultists worshipping Jovan, Stefan's spending his time among the religious community in the United States and Canada, mostly trying to negotiate peace talks and the like with his connections. Power-wise, Stefan's not at full power, since he hasn't become a vampire yet.

He has his super-speed, as well as full use of his mind compulsion (and potentially hand-to-hand combat knowledge). I'm hoping on making him acquire a few more offensive capabilities before game ends - and maybe make him a vampire? I'm not 100% sure on that. Oh, and he's definitely not succeeding in smashing Silver Swan/

Plans: Stefan plans on helping with evacuation (or well, he will once that gets underway because he's not sure it'll happen). He's gonna go for diplomacy where possible, and God help him if he somehow ends up further involved in the worldwide religious community than he imagined.

I personally don't have much else set in stone for him, so if you need him anywhere / would like him anywhere, I'm all ears.

Depending on where Stefan will be (Locke?) Jovan or his doppel will happily help with evacuations! Because...there's not much more he can really do than that, honestly HAHA

Locke, most likely! Stefan will be a full-on vampire at this point (sorry, Jovan or doppel-Jovan, he didn't exactly expect to get the inability to age) so extra hands with relief efforts would be fantastic.

but yeah he can help with relief and also emergency defense/offense, because now he has special powers that let him materialize literally anything he wants. so if any aliens come knocking he could literally pull a machine gun out of his pocket.

(and then promptly toss it to stefan while he cries behind him, because jovan is a sad wimp)

(although to be honest i don't know if Nathan can age. Maybe he can't die unnaturally but he still ages? IT'S REALLY UNCLEAR)

but yes pls teach him how to be good, he's learned about all this sort of stuff in school but not how to apply it, he's so clueless and needs direction with his literal godmode powers.

poor guy! Stefan will teach him all the things. The UN will be very proud of him by the end of it (as long as Jovan does not take selfies with the refugee camps pls, we don't want international incidents again).
